- For investors who require a high level of control, Silverleaf offers single- investor controlled programmatic joint ventures where investors retain control over all investment decisions and capital contributions.
- For investors desiring a more passive investment approach, Silverleaf offers commingled discretionary funds where investors a kept apprised of investment performance through regular reporting, but are not involved in the day-to-day investment management responsibilities.
To find the best opportunities, Silverleaf invests in:
- All real estate asset classes of commercial property (including office, retail, hotel, medical & flex/industrial), select residential and:
- At all stages of development from vacant land lots, to grey shell, to completed developments.
